A customer from Stamford needed a good amount of work done on his home: roof, gutters, and siding. He contacted the right team for the job! Our mission is make this customer happy. The project manager headed down there to check the place out and realized that this home did in fact need a new remodel.
The team started by removing the existing gutter from the roof eave located above the rear lower flat roof section on the building as well as the fascia eave trim metal from where the gutter was removed. We then removed the cedar shake vinyl siding and copper flashing from along the bib on the flat roof section and saved for later use. We also removed the flat roofing material down to the decking. We replaced any damaged sheathing with CDX plywood. Mechanically, we fastened a tapered system with ISO panels to the flat roof section so that the flat roof may drain in the opposite direction. We installed 0.06 rubber membrane to the entire area with C-6 on the opposite roof eave. After this, we installed new white brake bent aluminum trimming to the area removed while re-installing the original gutter Re-install the cedar shake vinyl siding and copper flashing to the area removed. The crew installed a new white 5-inch seamless gutter to the roof eave (opposite the entrance) and 1 new downspout using 2”x3” leaders and elbows. Then they connected the downspout to the existing downspout located to the left of the flat roof section Seal all needed areas with tripolymer sealant. After the work was completed, we made sure all debris were cleaned up and removed from the property. The customer was satisfied!
