Gutter Replacement - Middlebury, CT

Roof Installation / Winter Guard - Bridgewater, CT

Another satisified customer with Weathertite in Bridgewater, Connecticut with a completed roof! As the winter storms were approaching, Patricia's roof began falling apart. The old shingles needed a replacement and they needed it quick. Weathertite's crew, after full inspection of the roof and home, decided what was right for the home in order to gurantee a fully pleased customer. We make it our priority to make the customer feel safe with complete answered questions. Certainteed's shingle option allowed the homeowner to choose one she felt was proper for her home. She went with the woodscape style and a Pewterwood shingle color. The contract was signed and the homeowner was excited to know that her roof will be completed and she would not have to worry about storms anymore. 

As well as the roof, we installed winter guard underlay, this allowed the customer to feel safe. No one would want their home or new roof damaged so this gave a piece of mind to the homeowner. New England weather is extreme and Weathertite always Does it Right to prepare for any storm that we might go through.

Patricia said she was very happy and pleased with our work as she saw that clean up was done well and the roof was what she wanted completely.  

Gutter and Storm Door Work - Watertown, CT

This home in Watertown had horrific gutters, they were falling off and not protecting the home at all. After the homeowner, Tom, gave Weathertite a call and we inspected the gutters, we came to the conclusion that they needed new gutters and they needed them fast. 

First, we removed the existing gutters and downspouts from the rear overhand and discarded them. Then we proceeded to install a new 6" white, seamless gutter with diffen hangers. We also installed a white, pvc coated, aluminum diverter to the complete length of the gutter, which is good for the New England weather that Connecticut suffers through. Weathertite's crew also installed a new, white, 3"x4" downspout and the elbows were removed. As well as the gutters, we worked on their storm door. We removed the existing rear storm door and installed a new white one. 

We removed all the debris and Tom was very pleased with our work, as were we. 

Roofing Job - Watertown, CT

After a long and harmful Winter weather, Kathryn our Watertown customer, suffered last year, she came to the conclusion that she needed to hire some professionals in order to get a proper job done. She contacted Weathertite to get a roofing job and estimate. 

We, the Weathertite crew, gave her shingle options and she went with the Certainteed's Plywood shingles with the Landmark Lifetime style, good choice to protect her against the New England weather. We removed and replaced the complete roofing system as well as removed and replaced the rotted rafters, fascia board and plywod on the front entrance roof. 

The crew removed all the debris and the homeowner was very happy with our work, she felt protected for years to come. 

Roofing Installment - Oakville, CT

This homeowner, Gary, had an overwhelming fear of the winterstorms damaging even more of his already damaged roof. He called weathertite for a quote and we gave him an offer he could not simply refuse. After careful consideration and an in-depth inspection we came to the conclusion that he needed something to protect him and put his mind at ease. 

We installed Hunter Green shingles with the Landmark style, this allowed their home to still feel like home when we were done with it. We also instaled shinglevent air vent that allowed for the air to flow in the way it was supposed to on the rood. We finished it off with a winterguard for ice and water, so not only will his mind be at ease during the winter storms, but it will also be during the spring storms. Can never be too prepared for the Connecticut weather.

Roof Installation - Washington, CT

Homeowner, Ted, decided to call Weathertite after he saw his roof had some leakage and was incredibly run down from old age. Weathertite gave him a careful inspection of his house and roof along with an estimate he truly could not refuse. 

We installed Certainteed Woodscape shingles with Ebonywood style to give the house the look the homeowner was going for. We also installed Winter Guards and an air vent 11 to ensure protection for the weather to come for years. 

Ted was very pleased with our work, as were we. 

Roof Replacement- Woodbury, CT

Nino called Weathertite Systems for an estimate regarding his roof.  His shingles were becoming warn out due to years of wear and tear from the weather and old age.  Weathetite began the job by stripping the roof and garage.  Our crew replaced damaged sheathing as well as applied ice and water barrier around skylites and pitch changes.  We applied new lead counter flashing around the chimneys and Ridgevent to ridges.  Then, we discarded existing gutters and downspouts and replaced them with new ones.  When the roof of the home and garage were completed, Weathertite cleaned the yard of all shingles and nails.  Nino was very pleased with the job the crew performed and gave us a five-star rating.  

New Roof Installation in Bethlehem, CT

Leo of Bethlehem was looking to have his roof redone.  The harsh New England weather over the years caused cracks in his shingles and cause many of the shingles to come off the roof.  Weathertite replaced his shingles with like color and installed a completely new roof.  Leonard can now withstand harsh New England weather for many years to come.

Siding Repair- Washington, CT

Murray was needed his siding to be replaced on his barn.  Our crew removed the ice and water barrier from around the cupola located on the main roof section of the barn.  We installed new ice and water barrier to the entire area and new white composite corners.  We installed new primed cedar clapboard siding and new primed pine crown molding.  We sealed all of the areas with white Tripolymer sealant.  Then all debris were removed.

Window Installation- Oakville, CT

Weathertite was called down to work on a home in Oakville, CT.  The Weathertite crew removed all of the existing picture windows located on the front of the home and discarded them.  We installed a new white, vinyl picture window to the area where the old one was removed.  We installed primed trimming to the exterior perimeter of the newly installed window and sealed all of the areas with Tripolymer sealant and removed all of the left over debris leaving the home owner very happy with the results of the job.

Roofing Installment - Sharon, CT

After careful inspection of this Sharon home, Weathertite came to the conclusion that this home was in need of a new roof as well as multiple things to ensure protection for years to come. The customer could not wait for a roof that made him feel like it was home again. 

We installed his choosing of Granite Gray shingles, the accent of the roof against the shingles really brought it out and an eye-grabbing look and feel to it. We also installed new gutters as well as a Winterguard protection. This home could now truly withstand anything New England has to offer.

Roofing Replacement - Roxbury, CT

Weathertite Systems recieved a phone call from homeowners in Roxbury, CT about their old and leaky roof. The roof was installed for awhile and was developing leakage as well as mold and noticeable black streaks of debris. After careful inspection Weathertite Systems came to the conclusion that the home needed a new roof. We quoted them and they were happy with the price.

The homeowners chose Moire Black Landmark 30 Year Certainteed shingles for their new roof. It was a nice choice that both Weathertite was pleased to install and the homeowners were happy to see go up on their roof. We also installed a Winterguard for the harsh storms to come. We cleaned up the debris after the job was complete.

Terryville, CT - Roof Replacement

Homeowner, Michael, reached out to Weathertite because he believed his roof was in need of a replacement. The roof was run down, had leakage in several areas, and was in need of a proper Winterguard installment, said our project manager when he carefully inspected the home. After everything was all set and ready for the work to begin, Weathertite crew made their way over to Terryville, CT. 

The homeowner chose Graphite shingles with the Premium Architectual style from Certainteed. He was very happy with his choosing, as were we. There is a warranty on those specific Graphite shingles. We installed a Winterguard to protect against Ice & Water avoiding any further damage, we also installed an underlayment.

Gutter Installation- Terryville, CT

Weathertite was called down to a home in Terryville, CT to install new gutters.  We installed the new gutters but reused the existing elbows and downspouts as the customer requested.  There was no reason to replace the elbows or downspouts because they were as good as new with no wholes or bends.  We then installed gutter guard waterfoil system and the job was complete.  Following the job, we cleaned up all the debris, and our crew was on their way leaving a very satisfied customer behind.

Roofing Installation- Terryville, CT

Robert, a homeowner in Terryville, CT called Weathertite Systems looking to redo his roof.  Due to the many years of wear and tear of New England weather he was in need of a new roof.  Our Weathertite team went out to the home and Terryville and assessed what work needed to be done and about a week later we started work on the home.  To begin, we stripped the roof down to the wood deck.  Then, we replaced any damaged sheathing and applied ice and water barrier at the eaves, valleys, and around the skylites.  We applied new aluminum edging to complete the perimeter of the roof and applied Fiberglass reinforced underlayment.  The team applied new vent pipe boots and new roofing shingles.  After applying the shingles, we applied new counterflashing around the chimneys and applied Ridgevent to the ridges.  We removed the existing gutters and downspouts and added a new seamless aluminum gutter system.  Following the completed job, we removed all of the left over debris from the job completed.  

Roofing Repair- Watertown, CT

Weathertite recieved a call to repair a roof in Watertown.  The building owner invited our project manager over to take a look at the work that needed to be done.  We gave a free quote and the building owner decided we were the perfect company to work with to get the job done in a quick and meticulous manner.  

We did the following:

- Removed and replaced two crickets behind the two chimneys.  

- We removed existing shingles.

- Next we installed ice and water barrier and re-shingled with black 30 year 3 tab shingles.

- We cleaned up all of the debris.

Roofing Job - New Milford, CT

As the winter storms kept arising during the time of this New Milford, CT phonecall, Weathertite made it their mission to ensure complete satsification for this homeowner, Christina, as we do with all our customers. This roof had many spots of mold, as well as damage from leakage. The gutters were not at all protected and the roof itself needed work for the shingles themselves were falling apart. The roof needed Winterguards to protect against future harm. Weathertite's project managers gave Christina an estimate and began work as soon as everything was lined up.

Christina, New Milford homeowner, went with the Certainteed Weathered Wood shingles with the Architectual style which was a nice touch to her home. We installed plywood which should help the popping shingles and Winterguards for Ice & Water for a complete protection against harsh New England weather. Gutter Installation- Goshen, CT

Jayne and Bob called Weathertite because they were looking to have their gutters replaced.  Weathertite was ready to get the job done.  We sent over our project manager to look at the job that needed to be done.  Our project manager gave a free  quote, and the couple signed the documents and told us to start the job as soon as possible.  The following week with began and our job included:

  • Install brown, .032 gutters using straps on the complete rear of the home.
  • Install brown downspouts and elbows on the rear of the home.

Roofing Installment - Kent, CT

With the Winter weather coming to an end, Weathertite recieved a phonecall from Robbie, from Kent, CT, about her home with a need for new shingles. Her shingles were damaged because of the snow and ice that the Winter had to offer. She chose Certainteed Pewterwood Architectual Landmark 30 Year shingles for her new roof. It was a good choice too because it will come out nicely with the sidings on her home. The Wintergaurds were white so they can blend in with the home and everything came out nicely. We cleaned up the debris and all was well for this homeowner because we do it right here at Weathertite. She was very pleased with our work.

Roof and Chimney Repair - Sharon, CT

Weathertite Systems received a phone-call from homeowner, Joel, about his home in Sharon, CT. The homeowner feared the next storms in the upcoming Winter, and believed that his shingle cannot withstand anything else. Weathertite’s project manager headed down to give an estimate on his roof. The project manager found that there was issues with his chimney as well. Joel, accepted the quote, waited for the permit to come in and we began work immediately.

Gutter Replacement - Litchfield, CT

When Lance of Litchfield contacted us in March of 2008, he explained that his gutters were old and was looking for a company to take care of the mess!  Calling us was a good choice, Lance!  We set him up with a sales representative so some measurements could be taken.  A date was set to begin in about 2 weeks from inspection, and our crew arrived on time ready to work.  The work that was completed is as follows:

  • Removed and hauled away old gutters
  • Installed new white .032 gutters per contract
  • Installed new white elbows and downspouts per contract

Roof Installation - Thomaston, CT

John, from Thomaston, CT, contacted Weathertite Systems because he had a problem with his roof. With every snowfall or rainfall, a pile of leakage existed upon his roof. He felt very unsafe in his own home. Our project manager determined the cause of this and if he contacted later down the road the leakage would result with a problem inside the home.

After our permit was all lined up, we began our work. We stripped the existing 1-2 layers of roofing down to the wood deck and wood slates around the entire home. We replaced any damaged sheathing. Applied ice and water barrier at eaves, valleys, around skylights and pitch changes. We also applied it around the chimney. We applied new aluminum edging to complete roof areas and applied fiberglass reinforced underlayment with new vent pipe boots and new roofing shingles. The customer chose CertainTeed Resawn shake Architectural 30 year styled shingles, which looked really nice with his home. We cleaned the debris and the customer was very happy with our work. 

Roofing Installation- Watertown, CT

Weathertite Systems received a call from Mike of Watertown.  Mike called our company because he wanted to have his roof redone.  Shingles were falling off his roof as well as cracking.  We sent down our project manager to write up a free quote.  Mike agreed to our project manager’s plans and we were ready to start work as soon as possible.

Skylight Project- Woodbury, CT

Weathertite received a call from Donald of Woodbury because he wanted to have his skylight replaced.  We did the following work:

  • Remove shingles around the skylight in back of the unit.
  • Remove the skylight and discard.
  • Install new Velux QFT 3030 drop in box skylight.
  • Install new ice and water barrier to the area.
  • Install new Certainteed Lifetime Shingles of like style and color.
  • Install new primed pine trim to interior as needed.
  • Customer is responsible for finishing painting.
  • Remove and replace three shingles on top right corner of roof that are defected.

Roof Installation - New Milford, CT

Erik contacted Weathertite Systems about his roof. In order to get proper treatment and to diagnose the issues of this home, a project manager headed down there to scope out the issues.

We began by stripping the existing 1-2 layers of roofing down to the wood deck as well as any damaged sheathing. We applied new fiberglass and water barriers. Waterproofed the entire exterior of furnace chimney. The roofing shingles selected by the customer, CertainTeed 30-year Weathered Wood Architectural Shingles. We cleaned up all the debris.

The customer was very pleased with our work, as were we. 

Roof Repair for Thomaston, CT Home

The following was completed to Darlene B’s home in Thomaston, CT:

  • Remove the roofing shingles down to the decking from around the 2-2” vents located on the rear roof section on the home
  • Remove the two boots and discard
  • Install ice and water barrier to the areas
  • Install new shingles of like style to the areas removed with ne wvent pipe boots
  • Seal the boots to the pipes with try polymer sealant

This home located in Harwinton, CT was in desperate need of a new roof.  We sent out our project manager to take a look at the home and see what work needed to be done.

Jill F.  contacted our company regarding her current flat roof.   We completed the following for her: We first performed a flat roof penetration to the center drain on the lower gravel roof section, then cleared the existing gravel back 2’ around the drain.  After that we removed layers of built up hot tar down to pitch paper around drain, installed two layer of karnak roofing cement and mesh around drain, covered complete work area with existing gravel, and then removed all debris.  

Existing Gutter Removal in Morris, CT

Ria contacted our office in the middle of July, asking about our services.  We ended up setting up an appointment for her and going through with a gutter removal job!  The following was completed:
