Michael & Dorothy of Bethlehem, CT needed some work done on their existing four skylights, and also to the existing damaged gutter on the rear of their home. They called our company and we set up an appointment to view what needed to be done. After meeting with them and viewing the work that needed to be done, we then set up a time and date to complete the job. Andrew A. of Southington, CT was in need of some minor Chimney work. We didn't hesitate to set an appointment, and before he knew it we were at his home inspecting the chimney. The next step was to begin working, and the job was completed in a day. We installed foam filler strips / insulation on the sides of the chimney to fill the spaces, and applied a paintable chaulk to the areas filled. All debris were removed and it was like we were never there! Andrew was pleased with the completed job and our service.
Weathertite Systems recieved a call from Mary, a homewoner in Fairfield, regarding concerns about her aged roof. Shingles were beginning to fall apart and off and there were cracks in many all over her roof. Weathertite drove over and the crew gave Mary a free estimate as well as a detailed plan of what we would do to fix her problem. With preparation for the winter weather, it was the right choice for her to call Weathertite so she can be safe and protected for the winter weather. Mary was pleaed with the plan and we went ahead and began the process for a home she will love.
Weathertite replaced the whole roof with landmark woodscape 30 year shingles with an Articectural look. The gutters that were on the home were still in great condition so we reinstalled them. We applied new lead counterflashing around the chimney and replaced the damaged sheathing. After the job was completed the yard was cleaned of all the left over debris.
Mary loved the outcome of her new roof and will be very happy for many years to come.
Winterguards are a priority for homes in New England. As the winter storms always seems to do more harm to this homeowner's, Ron's, roof, he knew who to contact in order to get the job done. We were able to pinpoint the problem and ensure protection.
The homeowners chose Certainteed's Charcole Black shingles for their home and it was a nice choice to accent the color of the shingles. We were able to install wintergaurds and an airvent for the shingles. The underlayment should help with the roof as well.

You cannot be too prepared for this unpredictiable New England weather, that is what we told homeowner, Cheryl, out in Plainville when she gave us the call about her leaky roof. We came up with a plan in order to make her feel the most safe.
Weathertite worked on her roof with the shingles that she chose for her home so she can be nothing, but happy. We installed Certainteed's Harvard Slate shingles in the Landmark 30 Style, this made her happy depsite her being upset about her old roof. This made her feel like it was still her home. We installed a winterguard for ice and snow and a shinglevent-airvent 11. All of this to make sure that she should not be upset for the years to come about her new roof.

Bristol homeowner, Cynthia, called Weathertite to get protected for the Winter weather and a new roofing installment with an offer she cannot refuse.
We installed Certainteed's Resawn Shake shingles with the Landmark 30 style, upon customer request. We felt this was a good choice for the homeowner because it really brought out the color of the side of her home. WE also were able to instal a proper air vent shingle 11 to allow for her roof to move air the proper way. We installed winterguards because the home needed to be protected competely.

This homeowner, Hector, needed new gutters. When he heard about Weathertite, he called us and asked for an estimate in which we drove over to give them the estimate to accomdate to his pricing needs. He was very happy with our offer and now we had to wow him with our work.
Weathertite's crew installed .32 seamless aluminum gutters and downspouts. We removed and hauled way existing gutters. We placed a 20 years material warranty on the gutters to ensure protection for any weaather condition. We also installed a gutter guard for the winter storm weather along with a waterfall system. This allowed for proper water flow.
All in all, the customer was very happy with our work and began recommending us to all his friends.
Homeowner, Daniel, wanted to install a new roof for his home out in Rocky Hill. As the winter storms are approaching he needed to act fast. Weathertite knew just what to do. We gave him options for his new shingle choice and he went with once that resembled his old ones so he still felt like it was his home. He chose the Certainteed's Cobblestone Gray shingles with the Landmark 30 Style and it was a good choice for him.
We installed his choice of shingles along with wintergaurds for both snow, ice, and water. Smart choice on his part since he lives in New England. We also installed Shingle Vent -Air Vent 11 in order for the air to move properly against the roof so it ensures protection for years to come.
The customer, Daniel, of Rocky Hill was very happy.
Weathertite received a call from a homeowner is Plantsville, CT. We needed to replace the siding as well as the gutters on their home. We began by removing all of the clapboard siding down to the decking from the four vertical roof to the wall junction areas on the building and discarded it. Then we replaced any damaged sheathing with CDX plywood. The crew then removed 4-5 rows of clapboard siding from below the roof eave on the walls and discarded it. Then we installed kick out diverters to the bottom of each roof wall from where the siding was removed, and we installed ice and water barrier. We then installed new primed cedar clapboard siding to all of the areas where it was removed. As for the gutters, we removed the existing gutters and replaced them with new gutters. We reused the existing downspouts. After the job was completed, the Weathertite crew cleaned up all of the leftover debris.
A Hartford homeowner called Weathertite Systems to rebuild their chimney. Our Weathertite Systems specialists dismantled the old chimney from the roof line up and discarded it. Then, our crew rebuilt the chimney, installed a 6" crown, applied waterproofing solution to the chimney from roof to line up, and installed uncured flashing around the chmney. The crew grinded the chimney and installed new lead counterflashing. They then proceeded to seal the new counterflashing to the chimney with Tripolymer sealant. Following this procedure, they removed staging and debris and the job was complete!
A Hartford homeowner called Weathertite to repair their windows. Our crew removed the old caulk from all the windows on the left side of the building. They then applied Tripolymer sealant to the areas removed, and removed all of the left over debris when the job was finished.
With the rainy Fall weather and harmful Winter storms, this Avon resident called Weathertite Systems based off a recommendation from his friend in order to get the proper inspection he deserved. Weathertite gave this homeowner a quote and after recieving our building permit, we began work.

Andrew A. was a previous customer who wanted additional work done to his home in Southington, CT. Previously, he had gotten masonry work done to his two chimneys, but this time the work described includes a siding job. After one of our crew members went to his home to assess the job, Andrew and him discussed what the next steps would be when it came to signing with us. Weathertite Systems received a phone call after the winter weather came to end about their roof being damaged due to the weather. They were right, the roof was in desperate need of work. From mold, to streaks and leakage damage, the roof needed a new installment. Weathertite gave their quote and began work. As the photo shows, one could see the visible need of work to be done.
The homeowners went with Certainteeds Pewterwood Architectural style. This was build with the Landmark 30 year style to ensure protection for the 30 years. It was a nice touch to their home.

The Weathertite System office recieved a call about a leaky roof up in West Hartford, CT. Our project manager was sent down to purpose a quote, but upon arrival he came to realize that the issue wasn't a leaky roof, the chimney had loose bricks and was falling apart causing leakage to the fireplace down under. Our crew began work on this issue right after the permit came in.
Weathertite's work included pouring new cement crowns, adding water repellant applications, insallted new step and counter flashing in a lead finish. The work was beautiful at the end and the chimney looked brand new.
Melinda, homeowner, was happy with our work as she now has no more leakage issues.
Rob, from Berlin, CT, contacted Weathertite about a problem with his roof due to the New England weather. Project manager headed down to understand the situation and he felt that he needed better winterguards on the roof of his home. Rob selected Certainteed XT-30 Year Moire Black shingles.

Weathertite Systems received a phone-call from Joseph, in Manchester, CT, about his roof. Our project manager pitched him a price and told him that he needs removed and replaced the complete roofing system on the complete home. Certainteed Architectural Lifetime AR Weathered Wood was chosen by the homeowner and we very excited to install it. It looked beautiful with his home.

We recieved a call from homeowner, Nancy, who did her roof with Weathertite about her gutters. She wanted new gutters for her new roof, espeically good ones to survive the Winter weather. Weathertite came down to install her gutters. We stripped off her old gutters and disposed of them and installed and replaced the gutters for the roof. She chose the color white to go nicely with her roof. The gutters had 2 year workman ship warranty and 20 year material warranty. We installed Gutter Guards to allow a proper flow through them for a better outcome through the winter days.

Jill from Glastonbury requested Weathertite Systems to come to her home and give her a quote on the work that needed to be done on her roof. After we gave her the free quote, she told us she was ready to begin work at any time. With her consent, we began work and did the followig:
Our crew stripped the roof, removing the two existing layers of roofing down to the wooden deck. Then we replaced any damaged sheathing and applied ice and water barrier at eaves and valleys. Following that, we applied new aluminum edging to complete roof areas as well as applied underlayment. Next, new vent pipe boots, new counterflashing on the chimneys, Ridgevent on the ridges, and new roofing shingles were applied. Then we removed existing gutters and downspouts and discarded them. Lastly, we applied new Seamless Aluminum Gutter System- Standard 5” white. We cleaned up daily and removed all job related debris from the premises when complete.

Turf Masters, LLC contacted us so we can replace their gutters and downspouts. We started by removing and replacing the 80 ft gutter and downspouts, then we moved onto installing a new brown 6-inch gutter with two 3” X 4” brown leaders and elbows. We finished the job as fast and efficiently as we can. After the job was done, we got rid of all the debris. Turf Masters, LLC was very pleased with the final result.

Ron S. of Canton wanted to get his roof checked out so he contacted Weathertite. After further inspection it was clear that he needed some new shingles and sheathing because they were damaged. We replaced all of the damaged sheathing and gutters and then installed ice and water barriers. We also installed new, lead counter flashing to the chimney and sealed it with tripolymer sealant. A customer in Avon, CT, needed to have their chimney worked on with new joints. The customer contacted Weathertite and we got to work immediately.
We started the job by setting up scaffolding around the chimney, Then we grounded the chimney and blew out all of the joints. We replaced the joints and painted the cap with Acrylic - 60, then applied a slurry coat. Then we waterproofed the entire chimney. We got rid of the scaffolding, then removed all of the debris to make it look like we were never there. The customer was pleased with the final results.
A customer in New Britain, CT, noticed that their chimney was starting to get run down. In order to fix it, they contacted Weathertite. We set the customer up with a representative from our company so we could get a closer look at their situation. After getting a closer look it was clear that their chimney was getting run down and 2 of the bricks were damaged and needed to be replaced. We set up a start date and got to work ASAP.
To start the job, we ground down the chimney and then cut out and removed the 2 damaged bricks and replaced them. Then we blew out all of the joints and cleaned it up. We re-pointed the chimney and then painted the wash cap with Acrylic-60. After that we waterproofed the entire chimney. After the job was done we cleared all of the debris and made it look like we were never there. The customer was very pleased with the final results.
