A condominium association called Weathertite Systems requesting our services. At one of their units, the gutter/leader was damaged by a backup of leaves; it consequently froze and burst most likely due to the very cold winter. Every time there was heavy rain, all of the rain from the roof is diverted down into the gutter and then through the burst in the leader, shooting water toward the building.
As a result, Weathertite systems removed the damaged left downspout located in the front of the unit and discarded it. We installed a new brown, downspout to the area removed using 3"X4" leaders and elbows. When the job was finished, we removed all of the left over debris. The owner of the condominium was very pleased with the job our team did; he recommended us to many of his friends and family.
